Call automation
Never lose a lead to a missed call.
Connect a cloud telephony provider that reports call events by webhook. When a call to your business number is missed, Yuvix API matches the caller, checks messaging consent and sends your approved WhatsApp follow-up.
Call events
Incoming, missed and completed calls recorded against the matching contact.
Missed-call rules
Choose a template, a delay and a cooldown so customers aren't messaged repeatedly.
Verified webhooks
Provider signatures are verified and duplicate events are ignored.
Provider adapters
Twilio and a signed generic webhook format are supported; more adapters can be added.
Delayed follow-ups
Follow-ups are queued and processed by the scheduler, not sent inside the webhook.
Automation logs
See which calls triggered a follow-up, which were skipped, and why.
Important: what this can and can't detect
- Calls are detected only when they go through a telephony provider that sends call events to Yuvix API (for example a Twilio number, or an IVR/virtual number provider with webhooks).
- A web application cannot see ordinary calls to a personal mobile number or SIM — on iPhone or Android — on its own. Use call forwarding to a provider number, or a provider-supported integration.
- The WhatsApp Business Cloud API does not report regular phone calls.
- Follow-ups use approved templates and require the caller's messaging consent. You are responsible for telephony, privacy and messaging laws in your region. Telephony setup guide
