Yuvix APIby YuvixTech

WhatsApp campaigns

Broadcasts your customers asked for.

Send approved WhatsApp message templates to saved segments. Yuvix API checks opt-in and opt-out status for every recipient before anything is queued, then sends in controlled batches with retries and duplicate protection.

Eligibility preview

See exactly how many contacts are eligible — and why the rest were excluded — before you launch.

Consent enforced

Only contacts with recorded opt-in are included. Opted-out contacts are never messaged.

Scheduling

Launch now or schedule in your workspace time zone.

Batching & rate limits

Messages are processed in bounded batches with exponential backoff for transient errors.

Pause, resume, cancel

Stop a campaign mid-flight; pending recipients wait until you resume.

Delivery reports

Attempted, accepted, delivered, read and failed counts with a CSV export.

What you need

  • A WhatsApp Business Account and phone number on the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), with your own access token. Setup guide
  • Message templates approved by Meta. Marketing templates require recipient opt-in.
  • Meta's messaging limits and quality rating apply to your number and are outside our control.
  • Purchased or scraped contact lists are not permitted — see our messaging compliance policy.

Questions, answered

Can I send free-form messages to everyone?
No. WhatsApp only allows free-form messages within 24 hours of a customer's last message. Campaigns therefore use approved templates.
What happens if a send fails?
Transient errors (rate limits, timeouts) are retried with exponential backoff. Permanent errors are recorded on the recipient with Meta's error code.
Will a recipient ever get the same message twice?
Each recipient can be queued only once per campaign. If a send's outcome is uncertain (for example the server restarted mid-request), it is flagged for review rather than retried automatically.
