Acceptable use. You may only message people who have given you permission to contact them on WhatsApp. Purchased, rented or scraped contact lists, unsolicited bulk messaging, and attempts to circumvent WhatsApp or carrier restrictions are prohibited. See messaging compliance.
Third-party platforms. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms and Business Messaging Policy. Meta may limit or suspend your number independently of us.
Your responsibilities. You are responsible for the content you send, for obtaining and recording consent, and for compliance with laws that apply to you (including telecom, privacy and consumer-protection laws).
Plans & billing. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Usage beyond plan limits is blocked rather than charged.
Suspension. We may suspend workspaces that violate these terms or create risk to the platform or other customers.
