Who we are. Yuvix API is operated by YuvixTech. For workspace data (your contacts and conversations), you are the data fiduciary/controller and YuvixTech processes it on your behalf.
What we collect. Account details (name, email), workspace content you add (contacts, messages, notes), integration configuration, usage metrics, and technical logs (IP address, user agent) for security.
How we use it. To provide the service, secure accounts, enforce plan limits, process payments through our payment provider, and send service emails. We do not sell personal data.
Sub-processors. Hosting, managed database, email delivery, Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), and — only if you enable them — telephony, AI and payment providers.
Retention & deletion. Workspace data is kept while your workspace is active and deleted from the primary database when the workspace is deleted; backups expire on the provider's rotation schedule.
