AI assistant

The AI assistant is optional. A workspace admin can connect an Anthropic or OpenAI-compatible API key in Settings → AI, or the platform owner can provide a shared key.

• Suggestions are shown for human review and are never sent automatically from the inbox.
• Automatic AI replies are only possible in a chatbot workflow where an admin has explicitly enabled “send without review”.
• AI requests count against your plan's monthly AI allowance.
• Only the conversation you're working on is sent to the AI provider.
