Getting started

Yuvix API is organised into workspaces. Each workspace has its own contacts, conversations, campaigns, integrations, billing and team.

1. Create your workspace

Sign up with your name, email and a workspace name. You become the workspace Owner. Verify your email from the link we send.

2. Explore in demo mode

Until you connect WhatsApp, the workspace runs in demo mode: messages are handled by a mock connection that never contacts Meta, and everything sent is labelled Mock. From Settings → Workspace you can load fictional demo data (labelled Demo) and remove it again with one click. Demo records never appear in live analytics.

3. Invite your team

Go to Settings → Team and invite teammates by email with one of five roles: Owner, Admin, Manager, Agent or Viewer.

4. Connect WhatsApp

Follow Connect WhatsApp to start sending real messages.
